Delete Your Bravo Barracks Account

Delete in the game, or request deletion by email without the game installed.

In the latest version, open Account → Privacy & Data → Delete Account & Data. Confirm account ownership, then choose Delete Permanently. Account access closes immediately.

How to Request Deletion#

  1. Find your identifier. Use your player ID from the game, or the email address of the Google or Apple account you use to sign in. Either one is enough to locate your account.
  2. Email us. Use the button above (or your own mail app) with the subject “Bravo Barracks — Account deletion request”. Include your player ID or linked email, and mention whether you sign in with Google or Apple.
  3. We verify and confirm. We check that the request really comes from the account's owner, then confirm with you before anything is deleted.
Never send your password. We will never ask for your Google or Apple password — not for verification, not for deletion, not for anything. Anyone who does is not us.

What Deletion Removes#

After ownership is verified, game data is removed within 30 days. The following are permanently deleted:

  • Your game account and player ID
  • Your cloud progress (saved games and gameplay records)
  • Your inventory
  • Your currencies
  • Your RevenueCat customer profile

Minimal payment, fraud-prevention and legally required records may be retained separately. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Deletion is permanent — cloud saves cannot be recovered afterwards. If you ever play again, you would start with a fresh account.

Your Google or Apple account is not affected. Those accounts belong to you and to Google/Apple — deleting your Bravo Barracks data does not touch them, and you can keep using them for other apps and games.

Why We Verify Ownership#

Account deletion is permanent, so we make sure requests are legitimate before acting on them. We may do this by replying to the email address linked to the account, or by asking you to confirm account details. This protects you: nobody else can delete your account by sending an email in your name.

If you no longer have access to the linked email or don't know your player ID, email us anyway — include whatever details you remember, and we will help you figure it out.
